HOW TO ORDER

For your ordering convenience, you may call us at our TELEPHONE number 717-428-1477 or FAX us at FAX number 717-428-2865. You may also order by mail or e-mail trytek@trytek.com.

When sending a mail, e-mail or fax order, please include your company name, telephone number, fax number, billing and shipping address, purchase order number, contact name and shipping instructions. IN ADDITION, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE OUR PART NUMBERS. This will help us ship the correct parts to you.

SPECIAL ORDERS AND PARTS

TRY TEK is willing to do special parts per your request. We are also willing to repair your existing equipment when possible. A price quote will be given over the phone whenever possible, however it will frequently require that the part be sent here first to be quoted. Please call prior to sending a part back for repair. (This will enable us to schedule it ahead of time so we can promptly complete the job and return it to you). Special order items may not be canceled or returned.

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum order we will be able to accept is $25.00. You will be charged the minimum $25.00 on any order with a value of $25.00 or less.

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS

We do offer quantity discounts on some items. Quantity discounts are automatically given on specific items, they do not need to be requested.

NEW ACCOUNTS

To receive credit, your company must be preapproved by us. Please supply us with the companies’ full name, invoicing address, telephone and fax number. Also, include, Federal E.I.N. Number (U.S. companies only), banks and (3) trade references.

TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES

DOMESTIC: We charge no state sales tax on any items, with the exception of Pennsylvania companies. Therefore, your company is responsible to pay any tax your state may require based on your states regulations. 

FOREIGN:  Normally we ship by air "DOOR to DOOR". Customer is responsible for any import duties.

BACK ORDERS

If merchandise ordered is not in stock, we will place that merchandise on back order status. At that time we will expedite this ordered merchandise through our ordering system. If you would require quicker delivery then what our normal processing system allows, we are willing to do all we can to get your order completed as quickly as possible. However, an additional charge may be included to cover the added expense of expedited freight or special setups. The additional cost and delivery will be quoted to you prior to us processing your order.

All orders received by 12:00 noon (EST) are shipped the same day.*

All orders received between 12:00 noon (EST) and  5:00 p.m. (EST) are shipped the following day.*

*For our spare parts catalog items that we have in stock. Exception: machinery, items that require set up, special packaging, if you are a qualified customer. Guarantee does not cover computer interruptions, acts of God, carrier strikes, or nonscheduled shipments.

PRICES

Prices are net except where quantity discounts apply. We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change quoted prices and impose purchase restrictions at any time.

FINANCE TERMS

Our customers have either cash or Net 30 accounts. Net 30 days on open accounts from date of invoice. All accounts not paid within 45 days of invoice date will be put on credit hold. All money paid is to be in US $ funds. Foreign customers are responsible for all banking transfer fees. MasterCard, VISA and Discover credit cards are accepted. New customers are required to pay 50% at time of order.

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise specified, most shipments under 70 pounds are sent by UPS, speed of shipment is by customer preference. Shipments over 70 pounds will be made by the most cost effective method possible taking into account the customers desire for time of arrival. We reserve the right to change carriers if the shipment would be affected by the carrier initially chosen. All shipments ex factory Jacobus, Pennsylvania, USA. We insure all shipments.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

We insure all shipments. Please notify shipper at time of delivery if there is any visible damage. If the package is not visibly damaged and the damage is not discovered until the package is opened, notify us concerning replacement of item(s). If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, call us so we can place a tracer on the package. If your package is deemed lost prior to your package being signed in at your destination we will replace the order. Customer is responsible for any items lost after being signed in.

RETURNS

To make a return in a timely manner, call us so we can place a tracer on the package. If your package is deemed lost prior to your package being signed in at your destination we will replace the order. Customer is responsible for any items lost after being signed in.

Except as otherwise provided, no material will be accepted for return after 60 days from date of shipment. To return merchandise call us at 717-428-1477 for a return authorization number (RMA). We cannot accept etched, marked, or altered products for credit. Any claims for discrepancies in shipment, must be made within one week of receipt of merchandise.
